Seventh Grade Health Check Notice
1.New Student Health Check Time:2023September5th(Tuesday) 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
2.Health Check Hospital: Chung Mei Hospital.
3.On the day of the health check on September 5th (Tuesday),please wearsportswear, and pay attention to your class's check-in time.
4.If you are absent on September 5th, please notify the health center in advance.
5.Assembly Point: 1st Floor of the Gymnasium. Enter through the stairs near the podium. Boys line up by student ID number,
girls line up by student ID number.。
6.Check-up Items: Gather on the 1st floor → Urine test → Report to the 3rd floor → Waist measurement → Complete all items in order → Health education and overall assessment.
7.Please havethe teacher of the current class accompany the students for the check-up. The class monitor and discipline monitor are responsible for maintaining order.
8.Class monitors, please ensure timely assembly to avoid affecting the next class.
