| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Health Bureau of our government, No. 1120086214 dated September 5, 112. |
| II. | The subsidy recipients for the aforementioned plan are adjusted as follows: |
| (1) | Women aged 25 to 40 who are registered residents of this city (or their spouses) (lifetime subsidy, once). |
| (2) | The egg retrieval treatment in the current year does not overlap with the subsidy program for "In Vitro Fertilization (commonly known as IVF) Assisted Reproductive Technology Subsidy Program" by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. |
| III. | Information about the aforementioned plan is posted on the website of the Health Bureau of our government (Homepage - Business Information - Health Promotion Services - Taoyuan City Egg Freezing Nutrition Subsidy Plan). Please assist your school in publicizing and promoting it. |
