| 2. | Event details are as follows: |

| 1. | Male and female scout partners at all levels nationwide. |
| 2. | Scout leaders. |
| 3. | General public (everyone who supports this event is welcome to participate). |
| (2) | Donation method (hair will be self-cut for this event): |
| 1. | Please mail or deliver the hair bundles to the contact person of each co-organizing group by October 16, 112 (Monday) (refer to Article 13 of the plan). |
| 2. | Alternatively, you can deliver it in person on the donation ceremony day, October 21, 111 (Saturday), to the Cancer Patient Assistance Association of the Republic of China (2nd Floor, No. 240-1, Guangming Road, Beitou District, Taipei City). |
