| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated November 7, 112 (2023), No. 112075. |
| 2. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Activity time: November 18-19, 2023, and November 25-26, 2023. |
| (2) | Activity location: Dongmen Elementary School. |
| (3) | Registration deadline: From now until November 11, 112 (2023) (Saturday). |
| (4) | Participants who attend the entire event will be granted 20 hours of training credit. |
| 3. | For staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-managed leave and no reimbursement for substitute teacher fees, please grant them official leave (business trip) registration. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within two years. |
