| 1. | Notre Dame de Paris, a landmark Gothic structure and a precious cultural and artistic heritage, was tragically damaged by fire in April 2019. The reconstruction project has garnered global attention and support. In addition to the architectural restoration, French telecommunications company Orange, in collaboration with the Catholic Archdiocese of Paris and the Paris City Hall, has created the immersive VR experience "Eternal Notre Dame" to recreate the historical and artistic value of Notre Dame. This is considered a significant milestone in using technology to revive world cultural heritage. This historically significant VR experience, curated by HTC VIVE Arts and executed by our company, is being brought to Taiwan as the first stop of its overseas tour. "Eternal Notre Dame" is an immersive digital journey through time. Visitors to the exhibition will create a virtual avatar and, by wearing a VR headset and backpack, can be guided by a virtual tour guide to travel across borders directly to France, returning to the initial moments of Notre Dame's construction in the 12th century. You can delve into the architecture, closely observing the exquisite and beautiful architectural elements such as the Door of the Last Judgment, the altar, the vaulted ceilings, the rose windows, and the organ from all 360 degrees. Finally, you can ascend to the 69-meter-high bell tower via a lift and experience the震撼 of multiple bronze bells ringing beneath the giant bells. You can also step outside the tower to enjoy a panoramic view of the Parisian world described by the great writer Victor Hugo, and return to the scene of the fire that destroyed the spire before the fire in 2019, showcasing the ongoing restoration efforts to the world. The "Eternal Notre Dame" VR experience, a 45-minute walk-around experience, will offer students a fun and educational new experience, helping to broaden their international artistic and cultural horizons and their understanding of the metaverse and virtual reality technology. |
