| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the General Affairs Department of the Provincial Government, dated April 12, 113 (2024), Document No. 1130002806, and the letter from Sister Cities International dated March 27, 2024. |
| 2. | Our city became a formal member of Sister Cities International on March 26, 109 (2020). SCI is the world's largest and oldest citizen diplomacy organization, dedicated to promoting world peace through economic cooperation programs, scholarships, and exchanges in arts, culture, youth, and sports to strengthen relationships among its members. This is for your information. |
| 3. | The aforementioned competition encourages young people worldwide to showcase the mission and goals of Sister Cities International through artistic creation. The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Theme: Climate Landscapes – Future Climate, Resilient Cities. |
| (2) | Submission Deadline: May 1, 113 (2024). |
| (3) | Eligibility: Students in our city aged 13 to 18. |
| (4) | Award Categories: Classical Art, Digital Art, Photography, Music, Literature, and Poetry. |
| (5) | Each city can nominate a maximum of 5 participants per category. |
| (6) | Prizes for each category: First Prize USD $1,000, Second Prize USD $250, and Third Prize USD $100. |

| 4. | Those interested in participating should register directly. However, please contact Ms. Hui-Fang Li from the International Affairs Section of the General Affairs Department by April 26, 113 (2024) at 03-3322101 ext. 6520, so we can compile our city's participation status. |
