Taoyuan City 2024 'Explore Local Peach Gardens' Summer Activity Subsidy Program

Subject: Regarding the supplementary application forms for the "Taoyuan City 113 'Explore Local Taoyuan' Summer Activity Subsidy Program" organized by our center, all schools are welcome to apply.
Details:  
1. Supplementary attachments required for our center's letter No. East-Guo-Zhong-Hu-Hai-Jiao-Zi-1130003800 dated May 9, 113;
2. The subsidy program mentioned in the subject has the following details:
(1) Program Content
  This program subsidizes teachers in schools at all levels within the city to organize local exploration summer camps for students. It is divided into two phases, with a subsidy of NT$20,000 per school as a general principle. There is no limit to the number of activity days. However, the name of the applied camp must be in the format of "(Place Name) Local Exploration," and the content of the activity must also have substantial local exploration content. Please refer to the attachment for detailed regulations.
(2) Activity Period
1. First Phase: From May 20, 113 (Monday) to June 28, 113 (Friday) (mainly subsidizing activities for ninth-grade junior high school students);
2. Second Phase: From mid-July to mid-August, 113;
(3) Application Period
  From now until June 20, 113 (Thursday). Applications must be submitted to the Taoyuan City Outdoor and Marine Education Center at least two weeks before the activity date.
(4) Application Method
  Within the application period, please prepare the application materials, get them approved by the school, scan them into an electronic file (.pdf), and send them to the email address of the Taoyuan City Outdoor and Marine Education Center: tycoemec@dsjhs.tyc.edu.tw. Applications will be reviewed and approved as appropriate.
(5) Fund Disbursement
  Within two weeks after the activity concludes, please submit the closing documents to the Taoyuan City Outdoor and Marine Education Center. Upon confirmation, the center will disburse the funds to the school.
3. Please inform all affiliated schools. Teachers from all schools are welcome to apply.
