Regarding the "2024 Taoyuan City Youth Tobacco Hazard Prevention Knowledge Video Quiz Lucky Draw Activity" organized by the Health Bureau, please be informed and encourage students to actively participate.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau, No. 1130039644, dated May 3, 113. |
| II. | To protect the youth of our city from the harms of tobacco and reduce their usage rates, the City Government Health Bureau has produced two health education promotional short films. We hope to enhance youth awareness of tobacco hazards through animated scenarios and to help students understand the relevant regulations of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention and Control Act. |
| III. | The information regarding the aforementioned activity is as follows: |

| (2) | Activity Period: From now until June 30, 113. |
| (3) | Prize Draw Information: |
| 1. | Each person is limited to one entry. Any duplicate entries or entries using someone else's name will be disqualified. |
| 2. | Number of Prizes: FamilyMart gift certificates (200 NTD x 25 winners). |
| 3. | The winning list will be generated by a random computer system from eligible entries on July 19, 113 (Friday). The winning list will be announced on the "Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau No Smoking" website (https://nosmoking.tycg.gov.tw/) under the latest news section, without further notification or consent from participants. |
| IV. | Attached is the QR code for the "Taoyuan City Youth Tobacco Hazards Prevention Knowledge Watch Videos and Answer Questions to Win Prizes Survey Activity." Detailed information on related links and promotional short films can be found in the latest news section of the Taoyuan City Government Health Bureau No Smoking website (URL: https://nosmoking.tycg.gov.tw/). |
