Taoyuan City 113th Year Subsidy for National Elementary and Junior High Schools to Visit Taoyuan Disaster Prevention Education Hall Implementation Plan

| 1. | In accordance with the bureau's letter of Taoyuan Education and Sports Letter No. 1130043539 dated May 16, 113. |
| 2. | The period for the aforementioned plan is from June 1 to November 30, 113. |
| 3. | Implementation Method and Activity Content: |
| (1) | Schools willing to participate are welcome to apply. Visiting schools should schedule their visit dates with the Taoyuan City Disaster Prevention Education Hall. The visit duration is generally half a day, with one hour for guided tours and one hour for experiential activities. The hall is open from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Participating students will receive small disaster prevention promotional stationery. |
| (2) | Subsidy: Each school applying for a subsidy will receive NT$7,000 per session. Each school can apply for a maximum of 2 subsidy sessions. The subsidized funds can be used for transportation, student insurance (insurance roster must be attached), and meal expenses (within NT$100 per meal). A total of 50 sessions are expected to be subsidized on a first-come, first-served basis. Any remaining costs not covered by the subsidy will be borne by the school. |
| (3) | Application Method: Please complete the application information at the designated website (https://forms.gle/gB8GGgnBGiJ6K3B37) within the application period. Admissions will be on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. |
| (4) | Schools that receive subsidies must submit the activity results (Attachment 1), the expense details table for each school (Attachment 2), and original receipts (in the school's format) to the Counseling Office of Yangmei Elementary School, Taoyuan City (No. 1, School Front Rd., Yangmei Dist., Taoyuan City 326) within two weeks after the activity concludes. Please mark "Visit to Disaster Prevention Education Hall Plan" on the envelope. |
