| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated May 31, 113 (attached), the following is processed. |
| II. | The Ministry of Culture visited Penghu in April 113 to observe the county-designated folk custom 'Penghu Xiaofa Rituals.' The preservation group and visiting committee suggested that to enhance young students' sense of identity and provide practical encouragement for their participation in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, it is advisable to include the hours spent by students participating in the inheritance activities of registered intangible cultural heritage preservation groups (or individuals) as part of their extracurricular (social) service-learning hours. |
