| 1. | Based on the letter from the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau dated June 28, 113, with reference number Chang Wen Xi Zi No. 1130007662. |
| 2. | The details of the aforementioned competition brochure are as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: National elementary and junior high school students. |
| (2) | Competition Categories: Nanguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Nanguan Ensemble Instrumental Group, Beiguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Beiguan Ensemble Instrumental Group. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: Please register through your school by September 10, 113 (postmark date applies). |
| (4) | Preliminary Round Date: September 14, 113. |
| (5) | Final Round Date: October 20, 113. |
| (6) | Competition Venue: Performance Hall, Nanguan and Beiguan Music and Opera Museum. |
| (7) | Awards: For each elementary and junior high school group, awards will be given in order of merit: one "Special Excellence" award and one "Excellence" award per group. "Merit" awards will be given to 1 to 3 groups based on selection. The highest prize money is NT$12,000, with a total prize pool of NT$204,000. |
