Inform you that the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Centers for Disease Control, is organizing the "Love Yourself in Time, Get Great Gifts by Screening" event. Please assist your school in publicizing and promoting it.

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary and Preschool Education's letter No. 1130078240 dated July 4, 113. |
| II. | The Department has provided promotional posters for the aforementioned activities (see Attachment 1), screening activity leaflets (see Attachment 2), screening service procedures (see Attachment 3), electronic voucher promotional leaflets (see Attachment 4), and multi-language leaflets for HIV self-screening (see Attachments 5-8). Please include these in the relevant training and promotional activities for the Health Promotion School Program's "Sex Education (including HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infection Prevention)" designated items. |
| III. | The electronic version of the promotional poster for this activity can be downloaded and used from the official website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov.tw) / Infectious Diseases and Epidemic Prevention Topics / Infectious Disease Introduction / Category 3 Notifiable Infectious Diseases / Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection / Promotional Materials. |
| IV. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's "Health Promotion School - School Health Work Guidelines (6th Edition)" (received with acknowledgment via letter No. 1132100345A dated March 27, 113), the issue of "Sex Education" should promote "Comprehensive Sexuality Education" (CSE) in accordance with the "International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education" published by UNESCO in 2018 and international trends. Therefore, schools are requested to follow the promotion strategies outlined in the work guidelines, with the principal designating a responsible unit to establish a cross-departmental working group or relevant committee to be responsible for the overall planning and promotion of CSE-related matters. |
| V. | Furthermore, please continue to conduct at least 2 hours of HIV education courses for school teachers and administrative staff and at least 1 hour of HIV education for students each semester, in accordance with the Legislative Yuan's supplementary resolution. |
