| 2. | To promote the concept of human rights under the Two Covenants and to facilitate social communication for transitional justice, the Ministry of Justice is holding an online human rights film festival from July 5 to August 4, 113. The details are as follows: |
| (1) | Selected Themes: Ten popular human rights films on current hot topics such as dementia, environmental rights, gender equality, children's rights, rights of persons with disabilities, racial discrimination, corporate human rights, and transitional justice will be offered for free viewing. |
| (2) | Each film is accompanied by "Human Rights Quotes," "Study Guides," and "Online Questionnaires" related to human rights or transitional justice, to help viewers grasp and understand the human rights connotations and transitional justice values behind the films. |
| (3) | By completing the "Online Questionnaire" during the event period, participants will be eligible for the "Online Lucky Draw." Prizes and quantities are as follows: |
| 1. | Grand Prize (1 winner): HyRead Gaze Note Plus 7.8-inch e-paper reader. |
| 2. | Second Prize (1 winner): Classroom Cinema Public Broadcast Platform VIP (1 year). |

| 3. | In addition to the online film festival, the Ministry of Justice has obtained the rights for single public screenings of the 10 films. Non-profit organizations, government agencies, or schools can apply to the Ministry for these screenings. The screening period is from July 5, 113, to November 10, 113 (the last day for applications is October 28, 113). This is to jointly promote human rights education.
