| II. | Except for Luzhu District, Dayuan District, Guanyin District, and Fuxing District, which are not part of this training route, schools in other administrative districts are located within the affected areas. |
| III. | Attached is a copy of the Army Aviation 601st Brigade's dynamic flight training schedule and time. |
