113th "Youth Summer Anti-Scam and Anti-Drug Calligraphy Competition"

Subject: Attached is the activity brochure for the 113th "Youth Summer Anti-Fraud and Anti-Drug Calligraphy Competition" organized by this branch. We kindly request your assistance in announcing and notifying students to actively participate. Please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:  
I. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Government Police Bureau, dated June 21, 113, with reference number 1130084535.
II. The activity information is as follows:
(1) Activity Period: July 19 to August 31, 113 (submission deadline is based on postmark).
(2) Eligibility: Teenagers aged 12 to under 18 who are registered residents (or students) in this city.
III. Activity Details:
(1) Categories: Divided into junior high school group and senior high school (vocational) group based on age, totaling 2 groups. The junior high school group is for teenagers aged 12 to 15 (inclusive); the senior high school (vocational) group is for teenagers aged 15 to under 18.
(2) Activity Method: Calligraphy will be used to express themes of "Preventing Teenagers from Falling into Fraud Traps" and "Avoiding Teenagers' Exposure to New Drugs," with the aim of preventing teenage victimization and enhancing teenagers' legal awareness.
(3) Submission Theme: The theme is limited to anti-drug (fraud) for teenagers. The content should integrate creative calligraphy with anti-drug (fraud) messages, and the specific content is to be determined by the participant.
(4) Manuscript Specifications:
1. Size (works must include a signature, but no school name): Junior high school group works should be of "duikai" size (approximately 34 cm x 135 cm), and must not be mounted. Senior high school (vocational) group works should be of "quankai" size (approximately 68 cm x 135 cm), and must not be mounted. Couplets, four-panel screens, horizontal scrolls, framed works, and hand scrolls will not be accepted.
2. Content: Anti-fraud (drug) slogans and taglines.
3. Number of Submissions: Each person is limited to one submission. Works that have been publicly displayed or have won other awards are not eligible.
(5) The branch will invite various relevant experts to serve as judges. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners and several honorable mentions based on scores:
1. Special Prize: 3 winners will receive a NT$1,200 gift certificate (7-11 gift card) and a certificate of award.
2. Excellence Award: 3 winners will receive a NT$600 gift certificate (7-11 gift card) and a certificate of award.
3. Honorable Mention: 5 winners will receive a NT$300 gift certificate (7-11 gift card).
IV. Registration Information:
(1) Please visit the Taoyuan City Government Police Bureau's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/taoyuanpd) to download the "Registration Form" and "Authorization Consent Form." After completing your work, please mail it along with the forms to the receiving unit: Attn: Detective Chen Ting-ting, Business Section, Criminal Investigation Division, Taoyuan Precinct, Taoyuan City Government Police Bureau (No. 258, Lixing Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City).
(2) Upon receiving the submitted work and documents, the organizer will reply via email to confirm the submission. Participants will be considered to have successfully submitted their work once they receive this confirmation.
