113th "Youth Summer Anti-Scam Anti-Drug Calligraphy Competition" Activity Guidelines

Subject: Forwarding the "Youth Summer Anti-Fraud and Anti-Drug Calligraphy Competition" activity brochure for 113 issued by the Taoyuan Precinct, Taoyuan City Police Bureau, with one copy. We kindly request your assistance in announcing and informing students to actively participate. Please acknowledge receipt.
Explanation:  
1. In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan Precinct, Taoyuan City Police Bureau, dated July 23, 113, with reference number Tao-jing-fen-xing-zi No. 1130057897.
2. The activity information is as follows:
(1) Activity Period: July 19 to August 31, 113 (postmark date is the basis for submission deadline).
(2) Eligibility: Teenagers aged 12 to under 18 who are registered residents (or students) in this city.
3. Activity Details:
(1) Competition Categories: Divided into two groups by age: Junior High School Group and Senior High School (Vocational) Group. The Junior High School Group is for teenagers aged 12 to 15 (inclusive); the Senior High School (Vocational) Group is for teenagers aged 15 to under 18.
(2) Activity Method: Calligraphy will be used to express themes of "Preventing Teenagers from Falling into Fraud Traps" and "Preventing Teenagers from Contacting New Drugs," with the aim of preventing teenage victimization and enhancing teenagers' legal awareness.
(3) Submission Theme: The theme is limited to anti-drug (fraud) for teenagers. The content should integrate creative anti-drug (fraud) calligraphy and the text can be self-determined.
(4) Manuscript Specifications:
1. Size (works must include a signature, but no school name): Junior High School Group works should be of "Dui Kai" size (approximately 34 cm x 135 cm), and must not be mounted. Senior High School (Vocational) Group works should be of "Quan Kai" size (approximately 68 cm x 135 cm), and must not be mounted. Couplets, four-panel screens, horizontal formats, framed works, and hand scrolls are not accepted.
2. Text: Anti-fraud (drug) slogans and taglines.
3. Number of Entries: Each person is limited to one entry. Works that have been publicly displayed or have won other awards are not eligible.
(5) Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners and several honorable mentions based on scores:
1. Special Prize: 3 winners will receive a NT$1,200 gift certificate (7-11 gift card) and a certificate of award.
2. Excellent Prize: 3 winners will receive a NT$600 gift certificate (7-11 gift card) and a certificate of award.
3. Honorable Mention: 5 winners will receive a NT$300 gift certificate (7-11 gift card).
4. Registration Information:
(1) Please visit the precinct's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/taoyuanpd) to download the "Registration Form" and "Authorization Consent Form." After completing your work, please mail it along with these forms to the recipient unit: Ms. Chen Ting-ting, Police Officer, Investigation Team, Taoyuan Precinct, Taoyuan City Police Bureau, No. 258, Lixing Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City.
(2) Upon receiving the submitted work and documents, the organizer will reply via E-MAIL to confirm the submission. Participants will be considered to have successfully submitted their work once they receive this confirmation.
