| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated September 3, 113 (113 Taoyuan Scout Li Zi No. 113049). |
| II. | Event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Event Date: October 20, 113 (Sunday). |
| (2) | Event Location: Zhongshan Elementary School. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until October 15, 113 (Tuesday). |
| (4) | Participants who attend the entire event will be granted 6 hours of training credit. |
| III. | For staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-coverage for teaching responsibilities and no payment for substitute teacher fees, please allow schools to register this as official (duty) leave. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be granted within two years. |
