| 1. | Male and female scouts of all levels nationwide. |
| 2. | Scout leaders. |
| 3. | General public (all who identify with this event are welcome to participate). |
| (2) | Donation method (this event requires self-hair cutting): |
| 1. | Please mail or deliver the hair bundles to the contact window of each co-organizing group by October 28, 2024 (Monday) (refer to Article 13 of the plan). |
| 2. | Alternatively, you can deliver it in person to the Cancer Patient Assistance Association of the Republic of China (2nd Floor, No. 240-1, Guangming Road, Beitou District, Taipei City) on the day of the donation ceremony on November 3, 2024 (Sunday). |
