2024 Program for Selecting Primary and Secondary School Teachers for Overseas In-Class Observation

Subject: To inform you about the "113th Year Program for Sending Primary and Secondary School Teachers Abroad for In-Class Observation" results sharing session, organized by the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) commissioned by the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department"). We encourage teachers from your school to actively register and participate. Please be informed.
Explanation:  
I. This is in accordance with the Department's letter dated September 24, 113, Ref. No. 1135702980.
II. To deepen domestic and international educational concepts and further promote educational innovation and development, the Department has specifically commissioned NCKU to organize the aforementioned results sharing session.
III. The details of the results sharing session are as follows:
(1) Date: October 12, 113 (Saturday).
(2) Location: NCKU Foreign Language Center (4th Floor, Xiūqí Building, Guāngfù Campus, No. 1 University Road, East District, Tainan City).
(3) Participants: Presenting teachers (primary and secondary school teachers who participated in the overseas training of the "113th Year Program for Sending Primary and Secondary School Teachers Abroad for In-Class Observation") and observing teachers from all levels of schools interested in international education curriculum design.
(4) Registration Deadline: Please register online via the form (https://forms.gle/PSCSDtdqVHMxWAKG9) from now until October 2, 113 (Wednesday). NCKU will prioritize registration based on the order of participants who can attend the entire session.
IV. This Bureau approves official leave (business trip) registration and class coverage for attendees. Substitute teachers may be hired according to regulations for any resulting class coverage, and substitute teacher hourly wages can be paid from the "Personnel Expenses - Hired and Part-time Personnel Salaries - Part-time Personnel Remuneration" item in the 113th Year School Budget of the Bureau's Local Education Development Fund. If there are insufficient funds, the Bureau will also provide subsidies. Private schools should approve official leave (business trip) and class coverage for attendees according to their responsibilities.
