To inform you that the Office of Sustainable Development of National Taichung University of Science and Technology has scheduled a "Carbon Inventory Workshop for Primary and Secondary Schools" on October 21, 2024.

| II. | The aforementioned workshop aims to assist teachers in understanding the connection between campus carbon footprint inventory and international net-zero emission trends, enabling them to become familiar with the carbon inventory process and utilize the "Campus Simple Carbon Footprint Inventory Manual" in their teaching. This will empower them to guide students in gaining a deeper understanding of net-zero emissions and carbon reduction actions, fostering their awareness and practical skills in sustainable development, thereby achieving the goal of campus environmental sustainability management. |

| (1) | Activity Time: October 21, 113 (Monday), from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. |
| (2) | Activity Location: Classroom 2705, Information Building, National Taichung University of Science and Technology (No. 129, Section 3, Sanmin Road, North District, Taichung City). |
| (3) | Target Audience: Teachers from junior high and elementary schools nationwide who are interested in the topic of campus carbon footprint inventory. |
| (4) | Number of Participants: 40. |
| (5) | Registration Period: From now until October 17, 113 (Thursday), or until registration is full. |
