The Ministry of Health and Welfare is organizing the "Away from the Fog of Harm - 2nd Community Poster and Group Creation Competition".

| Description: |
| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated October 1, 113 (Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1130110566 Hao). |
| II. | To prevent emerging tobacco products such as e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products from invading school campuses and causing health hazards, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is promoting the harms of new types of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products, through the aforementioned selection activity to jointly protect the health of adolescents. |
| III. | The details of the selection activity are as follows: |
| (1) | Submission Period: September 16, 113 to November 4, 113. |
| (2) | Eligibility: Students who are citizens of the Republic of China, registered in the Republic of China, and currently enrolled in junior high school or senior high school are eligible to participate. |
| (3) | Submission Type: Poster. |
| IV. | The selection themes are as follows: |
| (1) | E-cigarettes and heated tobacco cause addiction and damage to the brain, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. |
| (2) | E-cigarettes and heated tobacco do not help quit smoking and pose risks from secondhand/thirdhand smoke. |
| (3) | The Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act stipulates a complete ban on e-cigarettes, including prohibiting their use, manufacturing, sale, advertising, promotion, proxy purchase, and import into the country. |
