| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated October 15, 2024, No. 113060. |
| 2. | The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Examination Dates: Saturday, November 23, 2024, to Sunday, November 24, 2024. |
| (2) | Examination Location: Shimen Campsite. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until Friday, November 8, 2024. |
| (4) | Participants who attend the entire event will be granted 12 hours of training credit. |
| 3. | For staff and participants, under the principle that they will manage their own teaching responsibilities and will not receive substitute teacher fees, please grant them official leave (business trip) registration. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years. |
