| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Economic Development Department of this Government, No. 1130060216, dated October 25, 113. |
| II. | To assist the electric vehicle industry in its development and strengthen local supply chain linkages, the New Taipei City Government will hold the "2024 New Taipei Electric Vehicle Industry Chain Exhibition and Matchmaking Event" on November 15th and 16th, 113, at the New Taipei Industrial Exhibition Center. This event will integrate B2C, B2B models, and local economic support for the first time, focusing on "Four Major Exhibition Areas Supporting Local Products." It will bring together electric vehicle manufacturers, technology suppliers, parts suppliers, "New Taipei Select" quality products, and tourist factories. Through the three core themes of "Expanded Procurement X Technology Launch X Support for Local Economy," it aims to connect car manufacturers, component suppliers, and quality exhibitors, promoting the prosperity of the local economy and industry, strengthening cooperation between local suppliers and buyers, and driving the development of industry and leisure entertainment. |
| III. | This event encourages collaborative efforts among industry, government, and academia to accelerate technological innovation and industrial upgrading. It also encourages electric vehicle manufacturers to prioritize the procurement of high-quality local components from New Taipei, thereby speeding up the localization process of electric vehicles, fostering the development of the electric vehicle industry, and providing citizens with a more user-friendly electric vehicle environment. This aligns with the goal of vehicle electrification by 2050, while also supporting the priority purchase of local "New Taipei Select" brand products and tourist factories to drive the development of the grassroots economy. |
| IV. | A special "Educational Experience Zone" (Little Racers) will be set up at the event for children's electric vehicle education. Through the experience of electric racing, children can learn about electric vehicles and environmental protection, gain knowledge about electric vehicles from a young age, inspire their thinking on net-zero sustainable development, and sow the seeds of hope for a green future. |
