| I. | In accordance with the implementation plan of the Oral Health Issues Center School for the 113 academic year's Health Promotion School Program in our city. |
| II. | The purpose of this project is to combine students' artistic and cultural expertise, enhance students' awareness of oral health issues through the creative poster design and production process, and establish correct concepts for maintaining oral health. |
| III. | Information regarding this project is as follows: |
| (1) | Groups: Elementary school middle grades group, elementary school upper grades group, junior high school group. |
| (2) | Participating Schools: |
| 1. | All schools in the Oral Health Inter-school Alliance must participate: one entry each for the elementary school middle grades group and upper grades group, for a total of two entries. Each student is limited to submitting one entry per group. |
| 2. | Other schools: Participation is voluntary. You may choose to compete in the middle grades group or upper grades group. Each group is limited to one entry, and each student is limited to submitting one entry per group. |
| (3) | Awards for Participating Students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per group, 3 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and NT$2,000 gift certificate. |
| 2. | Second Place (2 winners per group, 6 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and NT$1,500 gift certificate. |
| 3. | Third Place (3 winners per group, 9 winners in total): Certificate of Merit and NT$1,000 gift certificate. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (several winners per group): Certificate of Merit awarded to each. |
| (4) | Awards for Instructors: 2 commendations for first place, 1 commendation for second place, Certificate of Merit for third place, Certificate of Merit for Honorable Mention. (Awards are selective and based on merit). |
| IV. | It is recommended that schools plan to carry out this project during their winter break. Those who wish to participate should submit their entries (registered mail or in-person delivery, please use a hard paper tube for mailing, do not fold the artwork to avoid damage) to the Student Affairs Office of Gaorong Elementary School (No. 1, Section 1, Gaoshang Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City) by Friday, March 7, 114. |
