| I. | In accordance with the "114th Mayor's Cup Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition Implementation Regulations" of Taoyuan City. |
| II. | This event will be held through preliminary and final rounds, as follows: |
| (1) | Preliminary Round: |
| 1. | Registration Method: From now until March 14, 114 (Friday), please mail the preliminary round works and registration form to the Academic Affairs Office of Dazhong Elementary School, Bade District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 18, Zhongcheng Street, Bade District, Taoyuan City, 33462). Please upload the electronic version of the group registration form to the Google Form (https://forms.gle/U2L8sH963rN2iwg58). Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| 2. | The list of participants who advance to the finals will be announced on the "114th Mayor's Cup Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition" section of the Dazhong Elementary School homepage before March 28, 114 (Friday). |
| (2) | Final Round: On-site competition will be held at Dazhong Elementary School on the morning of April 12, 114 (Saturday). |
| III. | The Bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave for the staff and instructors involved in this event on the day of the finals and award ceremony, and compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years. |
