| Subject: | Regarding the "113 Academic Year Taoyuan City International Education Cross-School Community 2nd Workshop" organized by the International Education Center (Guanyin High School) of our city, please encourage teachers from your school (including substitute and intern teachers) to actively register and participate. | Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with Guanyin High School's letter No. 1140001693 dated February 18, 114, and the "112 and 113 Academic Years Subsidy Implementation Plan for International Education Overall Work," this action is being taken. |
| II. | To promote the sharing of international education resources, encourage cross-school teacher collaboration in developing creative and practical international education curriculum or activity designs, and strengthen the integration and understanding of intercultural and local cultures, the Taoyuan City International Education Cross-School Community was established in 113. |
| III. | The workshop information for the above-mentioned case is as follows: |
| (1) | Date: March 19, 114 (Wednesday), 9:00 AM to 12:20 PM. |
| (2) | Location: First Conference Room, Guanyin Senior High School, Taoyuan City. |
| (3) | Lecturer: Professor Hong Li-ching, College of Teacher Education, National Taiwan Normal University. |
| (4) | Topic: International Education Bilingual Lesson Plan Workshop (I). |
| (5) | Registration Method: Please log in and register on the National In-service Teacher Training Network before March 14, 114 (Friday). The workshop code is 4925713. Participants who complete the entire workshop will receive 3 hours of in-service training credit. |
| IV. | The Bureau agrees to grant official leave for participants attending the above-mentioned event and to cover teaching substitute costs. For any resulting teaching vacancies, substitute teachers may be hired with the school's approval and paid according to regulations, with the costs covered by the "Personnel Expenses - Salaries for Hired and Part-time Personnel - Remuneration for Part-time Personnel" item in the Bureau's 114-year local education development fund budget for schools. If there are any shortfalls, the Bureau will also provide subsidies. Private schools should grant official (business) leave to participating teachers at their own discretion. |
