| Subject: | To inform you about the Taoyuan City Scout Association's organization of the 2025 Taoyuan City Bicycle Merit Badge Examination. Please encourage your scouts to actively register and participate. Thank you for your attention. |

| 1. | In accordance with the Taoyuan City Scout Association's letter dated February 25, 2025, No. 114-Tao-Tong-Li-Zi-114015. |
| 2. | The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Event Time: March 15, 2025 (Saturday). |
| (2) | Event Location: Daxi Riverside Park. |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | Scouts of Intermediate level or above from this city are eligible to register for the examination. |
| 2. | Approximately 20 participants are expected. Priority will be given to those aiming to achieve the "Long Wall" level scout rank. Remaining spots will be filled based on rank seniority, until full. |
| (4) | Registration Deadline: From now until March 7, 2025 (Saturday). |
| 3. | For staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-managed leave and no substitute teacher fees, schools are requested to grant official (duty) leave. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years. |
