| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Department of Health, No. 1140016414, dated February 27, 2025. |
| 2. | The summary of the revised plan is as follows: |
| (1) | Effective February 26, 2025, "a portion of the Moderna JN.1 COVID-19 vaccine single-dose (0.5ml) will be used for children aged 6 months to 11 years, with a dosage of 0.25ml. Following infection control principles, it is recommended to use the remaining 0.25ml dose after discarding half of the single-dose vial." |
| (2) | Starting from April 8, 2025, eligible individuals including seniors aged 65 and above (including indigenous people aged 55-64) and immunocompromised individuals will be offered an additional dose of the JN.1 COVID-19 vaccine, with at least a 6-month interval from the previous dose. |
| 3. | Please strengthen the promotion of the importance of COVID-19 JN.1 vaccination to increase the vaccination rate in the city. Additionally, if there is a need, you may contact contracted medical institutions for on-campus vaccination of the COVID-19 JN.1 vaccine to reduce the risk of cluster infections on campus. |
