| I. | This is in accordance with the "114th Year Municipal and County (City) Government Environmental Protection Performance Evaluation Plan - Resource Recycling Evaluation" by the Environmental Protection Administration, Ministry of Environment. |
| II. | The main points of the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience: Junior high and elementary schools within the city. |
| (2) | Registration Method: |
| 1. | Registration Period: From April 1, 114th year to April 31, 114th year. |
| 2. | Registration Method: Online registration. Registration URL: https://forms.gle/dkSqTpRadJzgNMFr9. After registration, you can enter the competition mode. |
| 3. | Competition Period: From May 1, 114th year to September 15, 114th year. |
| 4. | Recyclable Weight Measurement Period: From June 15 to June 30, 114th year, and from September 15 to September 30, 114th year. |
| (3) | Activity Rules: |
| 1. | The competition is divided into junior high and elementary school groups. Each group has 5 recycling items (portable computers (laptops), tablets, waste CDs, waste batteries, secondary batteries (including rechargeable batteries, lithium batteries, power banks, etc.), and button batteries). The first place in each category will be awarded to encourage participation, and the calculation will be based on per capita recycling volume. |
| 2. | There are two weighing methods for this event (weighing by our staff, weighing at the Taoyuan Recycling Station). Promotional items of equivalent value will be exchanged based on the weight of the recycled materials. |
| (4) | Scoring Calculation: |
| 1. | The ranking of this event will be based on the "per capita recycling volume". |
| 2. | In case of a tie in the total score for a single item, the "overall per capita recycling volume of the school" score will be used as the basis for ranking. |
| (5) | Activity Awards: After the competition results are announced, a public commendation ceremony will be held at a later date, and activity awards will be distributed. |
