| II. | Associate Professor Guan Bai-Chen from the Department of Systems Engineering and Naval Architecture at the university is conducting the MOOC course "Peak Shaving and Valley Filling - New Marine Renewable Energy" as part of the Ministry of Education's subsidized project, "Cross-Domain Talent Cultivation Alliance Center for Sustainable Energy - Marine Renewable Energy Alliance Center." The course content focuses on the application and development of offshore renewable energy, comprehensively introducing technical requirements and intelligent challenges. It covers the fundamentals of marine engineering, dynamic control technology for floating wind turbines, and more. |
| III. | The aforementioned MOOC course is offered on the Ministry of Education's MOOC platform (https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/moocs/#/home), categorized under "Environmental Education," with a total of 8 hours of study. |
