| 1. | To encourage the diverse development of indigenous students with artistic potential and to provide comprehensive educational resources, our school is collaborating with Guohe Music Rose Forest Farm Co., Ltd. to organize the "Guohe Scholarship Indigenous Talent Cultivation Selection Program." We welcome indigenous students interested in performing arts to apply. |
| 2. | Information regarding the selection and cultivation program is as follows: |
| (1) | Target Audience and Quotas: Limited to indigenous students in the third year of junior high school who have a strong interest in performing arts (singing or dancing). Approximately 6 students will be selected. |
| (2) | Organizers: Guohe Music Rose Forest Farm Co., Ltd., Taipei Tay Pei International Bilingual School |
| (3) | Application Method: |

| 2. | On-site Application: Requires the consent of the adjudicator and preparation of necessary materials such as music files. |
| 3. | Selection Items: |
| (1) | Vocal Category (choose one performance method) |
| 1. | A cappella (Verse + Chorus + Bridge) |
| 2. | Using backing tracks or self-accompanied singing |
| 3. | Traditional Song (mandatory) |
| (2) | Dance Category: Street dance, self-selected routine, within a 3-minute time limit |
| 1. | Contestants must bring their own music files for playback on-site. |
| 2. | The adjudicator reserves the right to terminate a performance if necessary, but this will not affect the scoring. |
| 4. | Selection Dates and Locations: |
| (1) | Preliminary Rounds (choose one to attend): |
| 1. | April 26, 2025 (Saturday) at 1:30 PM at Shanshan Dance Studio (3rd Floor, No. 127 Nanjing Street, Hualien City). |
| 2. | April 27, 2025 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM at the Xiangrong Building B1 Rehearsal Room, Taipei Tay Pei International Bilingual School (Taipei City). |
| 3. | May 3, 2025 (Saturday) at 1:30 PM at Taitung County Fengtian Junior High School. |
| (2) | Final Round: May 24, 2025 (Saturday) at 1:30 PM at the Multi-function Conference Hall, 7th Floor, Song Duo Building, Taipei Tay Pei International Bilingual School. |
| 1. | Each preliminary round is expected to select the top 8-10 participants in each category to advance to the final round. Those who advance to the finals will receive free accommodation and travel subsidies. |
| 5. | Cultivation Program Content: |
| (1) | This program applies to students who are selected and enrolled in the Performing Arts Department at Taipei Tay Pei International Bilingual School. |
| (2) | During the three years of study, full subsidies will be provided for: tuition, miscellaneous fees, internship fees, tutoring fees, textbook and stationery fees, meal expenses, accommodation, and travel expenses for returning home twice per semester (meal and accommodation expenses during winter and summer breaks are not covered). |
| (3) | The school also provides guidance for further education and career development. |
