主旨：有關衛生福利部疾病管制署(以下簡稱疾病管制署)委託財團法人杏陵醫學基金會辦理「學校愛滋病防治『大地遊戲』種子師資培訓」課程，請貴校協助轉知教師踴躍報名參加，請查照。

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Hsingling Medical Foundation dated March 18, 114 (2025), Ref: Hsingling Medical No. 004. |
| II. | In view of the resolution attached to the 18th meeting of the 8th session of the Legislative Yuan in 104 (2015), all levels of schools (upper grades of elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, vocational high school, and universities/colleges) should arrange at least 2 hours of AIDS education courses per semester for teachers and administrative staff, and at least 1 hour of AIDS education time for students. The course content should at least cover the following items: |
| (1) | Basic AIDS knowledge and prevention methods. |
| (2) | Clarification of values regarding the disease and awareness of gender diversity. |
| (3) | How to interact with people living with HIV. |
| (4) | AIDS experiential education. |
| III. | In 113 (2024), the foundation was commissioned by the Rotary Club of Eternal Taipei to develop an AIDS prevention "Earth Game" activity-based curriculum. This year, it has been commissioned by the Centers for Disease Control to conduct training for seed instructors for this curriculum. The foundation will continue to promote this initiative this year by organizing capacity-building workshops for teachers to enhance their teaching abilities and implement sex education in the classroom. Through the experiential "Earth Game" activity in school sex education, students will learn to refuse sexual behavior, understand online dating and internet safety issues, and establish correct AIDS knowledge, attitudes, and positive care. |
| IV. | The details of this year's activities are as follows: |
| (1) | Date: May 21, 114 (2025) (Wednesday). |
| (2) | Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. |
| (3) | Location: 3rd Floor Library, Fufeng Junior High School, this city. |
| (4) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Teachers involved in AIDS prevention education in all levels of schools in this city (including health promotion, health education, counseling, health section chiefs, nurses, and seed teachers of the health and physical education counseling group). |
| 2. | Central and collaborating schools in this city focusing on health promotion sex education (including AIDS prevention) are required to send representatives to attend. |
| 3. | The number of participants is generally limited to 60. |

| (6) | Continuing Education Credits: 6 hours. |
| V. | Please encourage teachers and educational administrators in related fields from your school to attend, and grant them official leave according to your authority. For municipal schools that require substitute teachers for classes, please scan and email your class schedule to the contact person's email address (10032273@ms.tyc.edu.tw) by May 14, 114 (2025) (Wednesday). Late submissions will not be accepted (substitutions are not provided for part-time, substitute, or tutoring classes. Please note if the hours are not basic teaching hours).
