| 2. | Information regarding the aforementioned plan is as follows (see implementation plan for details): |
| (1) | Eligibility: Students from all public and private junior high and elementary schools in this city. |
| (2) | Selection Criteria: This award does not prioritize academic excellence. Instead, it focuses on the fundamental principles of diligence and simplicity, combined with the core virtues of care, honesty, fairness, responsibility, and respect as defined by the Character Education Partnership (CEP). Nominees should be students with outstanding character and concrete achievements that serve as role models for their schools, and whose academic performance is 80 points or above. |
| (3) | Awards: |
| 1. | After the selection results are determined, an award ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 27, 114 (2025). |
| 2. | Award amounts for winning students: |
| (1) | Practice Award: A certificate and a NT$3,000 gift voucher. |
| A. | Junior High: The bureau will separately request the school to award one commendation (記功1次). |
| B. | Elementary School: Schools will independently provide generous rewards according to their authority to commend. |
| (2) | Excellence Award: A certificate and a NT$1,000 gift voucher. |
| A. | Junior High: The bureau will separately request the school to award two commendations (嘉獎2次). |
| B. | Elementary School: Schools will independently provide generous rewards according to their authority to commend. |
| (3) | Merit Award: A certificate. |
| A. | Junior High: The bureau will separately request the school to award one commendation (嘉獎1次). |
| B. | Elementary School: Schools will independently provide generous rewards according to their authority to commend. |
| 3. | Award amounts for supervising teachers: In accordance with the "Performance Review Regulations for Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Performance Review Regulations for Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Taoyuan City Municipal School and Kindergarten Staff Reward and Punishment Guidelines," the award amounts for teachers (supervising teachers) nominated for this award are as follows: |
| (1) | Supervising teacher of a student who receives the Practice Award: One commendation (嘉獎1次) and one certificate per person. |
| (2) | Supervising teacher of a student who receives the Excellence Award: Two "Excellent Performance" certificates (績優狀2張) and one certificate per person. |
| (3) | Supervising teacher of a student who receives the Merit Award: One certificate per person. |
| (4) | Nomination Timeline: |
| 1. | By Friday, June 13, 114 (2025), nominate eligible outstanding students. Each school may nominate up to 5 students. |
| 2. | Schools are requested to submit written materials (one copy of the dedicated application form, which must be personally written by the nominating teacher), supporting evidence of achievements, etc., to the Formosa Plastics Corporation Museum of Chang Gung University, Educational Promotion Group (Address: No. 259 Wenhua 1st Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City) within the specified timeframe (mailing applications will be based on postmark). |
