| I. | The aforementioned activity is noted in accordance with the Ministry of Education's Sports Administration's letter No. 1140010670 dated April 7, 114. |
| II. | Activity Time and Location: |
| (1) | First session: July 7 to 9, 114. |
| (2) | Second session: July 10 to 12, 114. |
| (3) | The location for both sessions will be announced in a separate letter once confirmed. |
| III. | Registration Information: |
| (1) | Registration period: From now until Friday, June 20, 114. |
| (2) | Registration method: Please visit our association's official website (https://ap.ctssf.org.tw/register/login) to complete the registration form, then [print registration form]. Print it out, get it stamped by the person in charge, the dean of student affairs, the principal, and the recommending unit (Student Affairs Office/Academic Affairs Office). Along with the original parent consent form and personal data authorization form, mail it to our association (Address: 13F, No. 20, Zhulun St., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City 104703) to the attention of the High School Sports Association International Group. |
