| I. | This event is an annual large-scale national road running race organized by the city. The route accompanies the beautiful scenery of Daxi Shihmen and combines dam views, offering both challenge and fun. This year, for the first time, it is jointly held with the Kobe Marathon in Japan, launching a "Sports x Tourism" exchange and cooperation between the two cities of Taiwan and Japan. This event also adds a group for individuals with disabilities, and a parent-child fun sports experience carnival is planned on-site. All citizens nationwide are welcome to register and participate. |

| (I) | Event Date: December 7, 114 (Sunday). |
| (II) | Event Location: Shihmen Reservoir South Garden Parking Lot and surrounding roads. |
| (III) | Event Categories: Half Marathon (21km), Road Race (10K), Leisure Group (5K), and Group for Individuals with Disabilities. |
| (IV) | Registration Method: Online registration is available from now until September 30, or until full (Registration website: https://bao-ming.com/eb/content/6647#31423). |
