| I. | The purpose of this case is to enhance students' attention and recognition of environmental issues through the "Environmental Education Practice" course proposal, and to improve students' environmental education literacy. |

| (1) | Participants: Public and private junior high and elementary school teachers in this city (including substitute and temporary teachers). Each participating student and their advisor can only register for one team. Cross-group or cross-school team participation is not allowed. |
