| I. | In accordance with the "Implementation Plan for the City's 114th Academic Year Student Music Competition and Teacher-Student Folk Song Competition". |
| II. | The lottery drawing is as follows: |
| (1) | Lottery method: Computer random selection. |
| (2) | Lottery date: September 30, 114th year of the Republic of China (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM. |
| (3) | Lottery location: Conference room of Xinshi Elementary School, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City. (Address: No. 181, Section 1, Yanping Road, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City) |
| III. | Schools wishing to witness the event in person may send a maximum of 1 representative. The bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave for attendance, provided it does not affect class duties. |
| IV. | Due to limited parking spaces at Xinshi Elementary School, parking is not permitted. Please use the paid parking lots at the nearby Southern District Youth Activity Center (No. 168, Section 1, Yanping Road, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City) or Yangming Hospital (No. 56, Section 2, Yanping Road, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. |
