| I. | Basis: Implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration's 114th academic year pilot program for completely免試入學 (admission without examination) in senior high schools, providing resource support. |
| II. | By integrating food and agriculture education courses, we aim to enhance teaching knowledge and revitalize teaching methods. This will deepen teachers' understanding and application of "sustainable management of local ingredients," thereby improving their expertise in food and agriculture education and its application in home economics practical courses. |
| III. | Workshop Information: |
| (1) | Workshop Date: October 18, 114 (Saturday). |
| (2) | Workshop Activity: New Taiwanese Cuisine Cooking Demonstration Workshop. |
| (3) | Workshop Location: Culinary Arts Department of Century Green Energy Industrial Vocational High School, Green Seed Organic Farm. |
| (4) | Instructor: Chef Zong, Head Chef (2025 Michelin One-Star Chef - a Maze). |
| (5) | Target Audience: Teachers and staff from junior high schools in Taoyuan City and neighboring junior high schools (Workshop capacity is 32 participants. If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, priority will be given to the first 2 registrants from each school). |
