Please have your school utilize the rabies prevention information on the official website of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, at https://www.aphia.gov.tw/ws.php?id=10988, to inform the public to abide by the following: do not abandon pets, do not touch, capture, or keep wild animals, and ensure that dogs and cats, as well as artificially raised carnivorous animals, are regularly vaccinated against rabies. |

| 4. | Furthermore, please inform the public that if they discover an animal exhibiting abnormal behavior, such as sudden aggression and biting, they should immediately move away from the animal and promptly notify the local animal disease control authority for handling by animal disease control personnel. If you are accidentally scratched or bitten by a suspected rabid animal, immediately wash the wound with soap and plenty of water for 15 minutes, then disinfect with iodine or 70% alcohol, and seek medical attention as soon as possible to ensure your safety. |
