Taoyuan Public Library "Student Volunteer Public Service" reservation system will be officially launched on March 1, 115.

| I. | The library is integrating the registration channels of the main library and all branches. Starting from March 1, 2025 (Sunday) at 9:00 AM, all registrations will be handled through the official website's online reservation system. On-site or phone registrations will not be accepted. |
| II. | The aforementioned matter adopts a quarterly reservation model (on the 1st of March, June, September, and December each year). The first batch of service slots for April to June will be open for application on March 1st at 9:00 AM: |
| (I) | Each student can register for a maximum of 6 slots per quarter (totaling 18 hours). |
| (II) | On the day of service, students should bring their student ID (or health insurance card), parent consent form (hard copy), and volunteer service learning handbook, and arrive at the counter 10 minutes before the scheduled time for check-in. |
| (III) | The system will automatically send a reminder email 7 days before the service (containing a cancellation link). If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you must cancel online at least 3 days before the service date. |
| (IV) | If a student has a cumulative total of 3 "no-shows" without valid reason (the count is cumulative across all administrative districts in the city), the system will automatically impose a 3-month suspension. |
