| 2. | The institute is organizing the "2026 16th Climate Change National Primary and Secondary School Painting Competition." The competition's theme is "Biodiversity," aligning with the international "Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework." Under the theme "Biodiversity Exploration Team," students are encouraged to observe the interdependence and coexistence of different life forms in their local environments, and to consider the possibilities for establishing long-term and friendly relationships between humans and nature. This initiative aims to encourage teachers and students to change their behaviors and put them into practice, deepen climate and sustainability education, and enhance public environmental awareness. |
| 3. | To deepen the effectiveness of local environmental education promotion, encourage teacher and student participation, and strengthen teaching connections, we kindly request your school to assist in the following matters: |
