| I. | In accordance with the "114 Academic Year Health Promotion School Program - Oral Health Issue Center School - Teacher Empowerment Seminar Implementation Plan" of our city. |
| II. | The seminar information is as follows: |
| (I) | Date and Time: April 8, 115 (Wednesday), 1:10 PM to 5:10 PM. |
| (II) | Location: Second Floor Audiovisual Classroom, Gaorong Elementary School, our city (No. 1, Section 1, Gaoshang Road, Yangmei District). |
| (III) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Personnel responsible for the Health Promotion School Program in elementary and junior high schools in our city. |
| 2. | Schools designated as oral health issue collaborative or potential schools in our city are required to send representatives. |
| 3. | Teachers interested in Health Promotion School Program issues, the Health and Physical Education domain, or oral health. |
| (IV) | Participants should register by April 7, 114 (Tuesday) on the "Education Development Resources Portal" (https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx) under Activity Code E00069-260300001 - Organizer: Gaorong Elementary School. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 60 participants. Registration closes when full. |
| III. | Participants attending this event will be granted official (business) leave by their respective units according to their responsibilities. |
| IV. | Parking space at the school is limited. Please carpool if possible. If parking spaces are full, please park your vehicle on the white lines around the school (see attachment for details). |
