Social Affairs Bureau is organizing the city's "115th Model Father Representative Recommendation Project"

| I. | This is in accordance with the "Taoyuan City Model Father and Mother Representative Recommendation Operation Implementation Plan" and the "Taoyuan City Government Social Group Letter No. 11403360491" dated November 25, 114 (for your reference). |
| II. | The aforementioned commendation event aims to promote traditional cultural spirit, advocate filial piety and ethical values, and publicly commend model fathers with concrete touching deeds to shape positive social role models. Please actively assist in the recommendation process to expand the commendation's impact. |
| III. | The recommendation matters are as follows: |
| (I) | Must have been registered as a resident of Taoyuan City for more than 1 year. |
| (II) | Must not have been convicted of any crime in the past 5 years. |
| (III) | Must not have been previously honored as a City-level Model Father. This does not apply to individuals who have been evaluated and recognized by the City Government review committee, even if they have received a district-level Model Father award in the same year. |
| IV. | Submitting Units: |
| (I) | District Offices. |
| (II) | City Government Bureaus (including second-level agencies). |
| (III) | Registered groups, foundations, or national social welfare foundations with branch offices in this city. |
| V. | Recommendation Period: From May 1, 115 to May 30, 115. Please submit the recommendation materials to this Bureau for preliminary review within the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| VI. | Attached are the "Taoyuan City Model Father and Mother Representative Recommendation Operation Implementation Plan" and the recommendation form, each in one copy. Please fill them out according to the format and submit them with relevant supporting materials and an editable electronic file to this Bureau before the submission deadline. |
