| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Agriculture and Food Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated May 14, 115, with reference number 1151185751. |
| 2. | To enhance youth awareness of rice education, the Agency invites junior high schools, high schools, and vocational high schools to organize diverse rice promotion courses using domestic rice and rice flour as main ingredients, paired with local ingredients. The teaching content will incorporate concepts of rice culture inheritance and festival customs, guiding students to establish balanced dietary habits with rice as a staple. |
| 3. | Key points of the activity syllabus are as follows: |
| (1) | Application Period: From now until June 5, 115. |
| (2) | Eligibility: Domestic public and private junior high schools, high schools, and vocational high schools. |
| (3) | Application Method: Applications are exclusively accepted via email. Interested schools should complete Attachment 1, the Activity Application Form, and send electronic files in both Word and PDF formats to rice.edu2015@gmail.com. |

| (5) | Course Content: Each session must include three courses: "Introduction to Rice," "Rice Nutrition and Health," and "Diverse Rice Product Hands-on Practice" (totaling 4 hours). Each course must have at least 20 participating students. |
| (6) | Subsidy: Selected schools will receive a maximum subsidy of NT$5,000 for ingredient costs and NT$4,000 for lecturer fees per session. |
| 4. | To enhance the effectiveness of the program, applicant units with high school or vocational high school status that are willing to lead a team to participate in the "2026 Can't Live Without Rice National Creative Rice Competition" organized by the Agency will be given priority for selection. |
