| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Agriculture and Food Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated May 19, 115, with reference number Nong Liang Dao Zi Di 1151185768. |
| 2. | To promote rice education in schools, the Agency has subsidized the University of Science and Technology of Tainan (hereinafter referred to as the "Executing Unit") to organize the aforementioned lecture this year (115). The lecture aims to train school faculty and nutrition professionals, enhancing their expertise in the rice industry, rice nutrition, and rice-based food products. The goal is to guide teaching staff in setting appropriate teaching objectives and introducing correct dietary habits and rice culture into schools, thereby implementing rice education from the ground up. |
| 3. | The relevant information, fees, and completion benefits of the aforementioned lecture are as follows: |
| (1) | This lecture is free of charge for all participants. However, participants are responsible for their own travel expenses. The lecture will be conducted in both physical and online formats, and participants can choose according to their needs. |
| (2) | Course time and location: |
| 1. | Southern session: July 8th (Wednesday) from 13:00 to 16:30 at Room K908, Minsheng Building, University of Science and Technology of Tainan. |
| 2. | Northern session: July 17th (Friday) from 13:00 to 16:30 at the Auditorium on the 7th Floor, Agriculture and Food Agency (Taipei Office). |
| 3. | Online session: The video conference link will be provided by the executing unit after registration approval. |
| (3) | Participants who complete the entire course (without late arrival, early departure, or absence) will receive an electronic certificate of completion or assistance in registering for continuing education credits for nutritionists. |

| 1. | All registrations for this lecture must be done online. Please visit the registration website (URL: https://reurl.cc/DxbQae) to select your preferred session and participation format. |
| 2. | Registration deadline: From now until June 22nd (Monday) at 5:00 PM. Seats for the physical sessions are limited. If the number of registrations exceeds the capacity, the organizer will select participants based on the order of registration. |
