| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated May 19, 115 (2026), Ref. No. 1150046061. |
| 2. | The aforementioned activity aims to enhance young people's understanding of rice education by organizing diverse rice promotion courses using domestic rice and rice flour as main ingredients, paired with local ingredients. The teaching focuses on integrating concepts of rice culture inheritance and festival customs, guiding students to establish balanced dietary habits with rice as a staple. |
| 3. | Activity details are as follows: |
| (1) | Application Period: From now until June 5, 115 (2026). |
| (2) | Eligibility: All public and private junior high schools and senior high schools in Taiwan. |
| (3) | Application Method: Electronic mail application. Interested schools should complete Attachment 1, the Activity Application Form, and send both Word and PDF format electronic files to rice.edu2015@gmail.com. |
| (4) | Course Content: Each session must include three lectures: "Introduction to Rice," "Rice Nutrition and Health," and "Hands-on Diverse Rice Product Making" (totaling 4 hours). Each lecture must have at least 20 student participants. |
| (5) | Subsidy Content: Selected schools will receive a maximum subsidy of NT$5,000 for ingredient costs and NT$4,000 for lecturer fees per session. |
