| II. | To assist various agencies in implementing tobacco hazard prevention and control, the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, has specially prepared the aforementioned presentation. The content includes legal regulations for electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products, product introductions, appearance identification, and comparative differences. |
| III. | Please refer to the aforementioned presentation for your school's reference and application. Additionally, this bureau previously provided the Department of Secondary Education's "Electronic Cigarette Handling Procedures for Senior High Schools and Below" in its letter Ref: 1140110305 dated November 13, 114 (Republic of China calendar) (which you should have received).
