Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau is organizing the "115th Academic Year National Student Northern and Southern Pipe Music Competition".

| I. | The outline of the competition prospectus is as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: Junior and senior high school students nationwide. |
| (2) | Competition Categories: Nanguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Nanguan Ensemble Instrumental Group, Beiguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Beiguan Ensemble Instrumental Group. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: Please register through your school by September 9, 115 (postmark date is the criterion). |
| (4) | Preliminary Round Date: September 19, 115. |
| (5) | Final Round Date: October 17, 115. |
| (6) | Competition Venue: Performance Hall of the Nanguan and Beiguan Music and Opera Museum. |
| (7) | Awards: For each junior and senior high school category, the top 1 group will receive an "Excellent" award, the top 1 group will receive an "Outstanding" award, and 1 to 3 groups will be selected for "Merit" awards. The highest prize money is NT$12,000, with a total prize pool of NT$204,000. |
| (8) | This competition will be included in the assessment for the Changhua Area 12-year compulsory education exemption, with points calculated according to the standards for county-level competition items. |
