| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Veterinary Research Institute of the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated June 10, 115, document number 1154327153. |
| 2. | To enhance the knowledge and practical skills of personnel involved in promoting food and agriculture education, teachers at all levels, nutritionists, and personnel responsible for school lunches regarding food and agriculture education, the aforementioned 5 food and agriculture education lectures are being organized. |
| 3. | The time, location, and topics of the 5 lectures are as follows: |
| (1) | On July 8, 115, a lecture on "Fish Culture: The Secrets of Seafood" and an experiential activity on "Experiencing Seafood Food Culture" will be held at the institute (Tamsui District, New Taipei City). Please refer to Attachment 1 for details. |
| (2) | On July 17, 115, lectures on "Understanding Food and Agriculture Education: From Regulations to Daily Diet" and "Egg ID: Traceability and Barcode Interpretation" will be held at the Food and Agriculture Education Classroom on the first floor of the Miaoli County Farmers' Association, along with an experiential activity on "Red Date Food and Agriculture Learning: From Origin to Table, Sensory Experience and Promotion Practice." Please refer to Attachment 2 for details. |
| (3) | On July 22, 115, lectures on "Joint Disease Prevention and Maintenance of High-Quality Domestic Meat Products" and "Animal Welfare-Friendly Farming and Practical Training Experience," along with related experiential activities, will be held at the College of Veterinary Medicine, National Chung Hsing University (Taichung City). Please refer to Attachment 3 for the lecture announcement. |
| (4) | On August 5, 115, lectures on "Summer Health Challenge" and "Dietary Preparation from Field to Table," along with an experiential activity on "Hands-on Making: Perilla Afternoon Tea," will be held at the institute (Tamsui District, New Taipei City). Please refer to Attachment 4 for details. |
| (5) | On August 19, 115, lectures on "Egg School" and "Egg-cellent Happiness," along with an experiential activity on "Farm Experience: A Day as a Free-Range Farmer," will be held at the Shulin Kou Farm in Tamsui District, New Taipei City. Please refer to Attachment 5 for details. |
| 4. | Details of the lecture content and registration information for each session are provided in the attachments. Interested individuals can register online. Please log in to the Food and Agriculture Education Professional Recognition Application System (https://faep.moa.gov.tw/) within the specified period, click on "I want to attend a class," and select the course. |
| 5. | Personnel participating in this event will be granted official (business) leave by their respective schools according to their authority. |
