National Taiwan Arts Education Center "Implementation Guidelines for the 115th Academic Year National Student Music Competition"

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Taiwan Arts Education Center dated July 16, 115, with reference number 1150001684. |
| II. | The main points of the revised implementation guidelines for the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (I) | Added special application regulations for the eligibility of "students who have passed the gifted and talented (music category) identification in each county and city and are placed through the 'Special Education Program'." |
| (II) | Added "Euphonium" solo for junior high and vocational high school AB groups, as well as the college group, in the individual events. |
| (III) | Specified that the timing stop line is to be set approximately three-quarters of the stage width. |
| (IV) | Specified that the piano tuning is A=442Hz. |
| (V) | Minor textual revisions to the participant roster for Group A, and added wording to the participant student certification to indicate that listed students meet the team formation requirements. |
| III. | The scheduled dates for the finals of this competition are as follows: |
| (I) | Group events (North, Central, South) will commence on March 1, 116. |
| (II) | Individual events will commence on March 15, 116. |
| (III) | The overall period for the finals of this competition, following past practice, is from March 1 to March 31 of the current academic year (including both group and individual events). The confirmed dates and schedule for this academic year's finals will be announced on the official website of this competition before January 15, 116. |
| IV. | As this competition is relevant to the ranking criteria for student admission without examination and applications for admission based on competition performance, and to safeguard students' rights to participate, please consider the schedule of the finals of this competition when planning other related activities to avoid and minimize conflicts with other events. |
| V. | The draft of the required piece for the newly added individual event "Euphonium" solo for the 115 academic year, along with the aforementioned competition implementation guidelines, have been simultaneously posted on the National Student Music Competition website (https://web.arte.gov.tw/music/). |
